Pre-campaign activity includes strategy development, opportunity
sizing and targeting. Strategy development will take place
in collaboration with the client team. If client resources
are not available to aid in the strategy development phase
Qtech Solution’s Strategic Analysis Team (SAT) will
take the lead in developing the strategy. Qtech Solutions
Marketing team will study market trends and use empowerment
tools for opportunity sizing and targeting. Our SAT and Marketing
team works with client’s group to plan to integrate
the full campaign to achieve the highest cost effective formula
and return. Our team can provide timelines, co-opportunities,
and underwriting potentials.
At campaign, Plan creation process will be done in collaboration
with both SAT Team and the Client team in conjunction with
Qtech Solutions Marketing Team. Qtech Solutions execution
team will process execution model for Qtech Solutions marketing
programs. The project request will be submitted by Qtech Solutions
marketing team to the Client Management for Approval . |
Post
campaign activities include process analysis and reporting.
Process reporting will be provided by the Qtech Solutions
execution team providing detailed Analysis and MIS (Metrics)
Reports for all future initiatives, proposals and documents
in conjunction with Client Team. Campaign analysis report
will have a comprehensive feedback of entire campaign, along
with return rate analysis and customer retention strategies.
Process analysis will be done by our execution and marketing
teams to analyze the selected process for execution. |
