Job Duties

This Internship is conducted for 12 Weeks to Fresh and Alumni Students. Selection for Internship is based on GPA and Interview performance. Successful Intern, will be provided an opportunity to work as full-time employee of Qtech with benefits. Will be responsible for digital design, graphic design, photography and assisting with video production as needed. From concept through execution, this position will improve our user experience by assisting with ensuring that content across School sites and various media display a clear, consistent style and message across all our various touchpoints.

  • Understand Qtechs brand identity, company values, and product line. Use this information to implement digital marketing strategies that elevate the Qtech brand and generate leads.
  • Serve as an expert on Hubspot and other digital marketing platforms and the benefits and capabilities of each programs offered with conversation tools required. Incorporate these tools and platforms into Qtechs overall marketing plan. Determine KPIs and maintain high standards for quality and results.
  • Determine online marketing and engagement imperatives based on department goals. Build action plans for digital marketing and serve as leader in execution of these programs. Continually analyze and report on their successes and weaknesses.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of target audiences.
  • Work independently with designers and web developers to create and enact a strategy for overhaul of Qtechs current website. This includes building wireframes, making recommendations for Marketing and incorporating Analytics.
  • Drive social media and provide guidance on social media strategy.
  • Generate email newsletters. Incorporate metrics to continually improve click-through rate and open rate.
  • Meets with stakeholders and gathers business end-user requirements and uses this data to define and develop technical specifications and processes for design, coding and testing
Education : Bachelors / Masters Degree in:
Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Advertising & Publicity, Social Media, IT Technology, Web Analytics.
Experience : 0-2 years
