Practicum Learning Shadowing Training Program Designer
This Internship is conducted for 11 Weeks to Fresh and Alumni Students. Selection for Internship is
based on GPA and Interview performance. Qtech is an equal opportunity employer. Our Consulting
division supports various pharmaceutical, healthcare and financial firms, by providing staffing
resources meeting cost efficiency, time saved and commitment to their hiring needs. Interns will
have the option to participate in person at Somerset, NJ or attend remotely. Students attending the
Internship remotely must plan to attend classes once a week for minimum 3 hours/ day via GoTo
Meeting / WebEx sessions. The Technical Writer (Intern), will be part of Product Solution
Development Team to perform the following tasks indicated below.
The Technical Writer as Intern will be engaged in developing reading material for student learnings
as presentation, quiz and exercise modules for student learnings and reporting to SME (Product
Follow Company SOPs to meet global training requirements for development of online
programs access thru Qtech-Sol custom built learning management system (LMS).
Enhance student reading material with latest news and updates on current regulatory,
scientific and therapeutic information followed to meet US FDA, European, Canada and
Asia Pacific standards on Clinical Trial, Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Healthcare domains.
Expand the current training programs by developing new training modules as add-ons.
Develop scientific training related manuals and brochures.
Help in preparing scientific newsletters for product promotion.
Develop subject related “frequently asked questions” for new and existing Clinical
Research, Drug Safety, SAS Functional and Healthcare Programs published in LMS.
Develop material to meet standards requirement allowing marketing team to expand the
marketing territory via email and social media aids.
Work with computer support specialists, software developers and other technical writers to
manage the flow of information among project workgroups during the development and
testing phase of the training product developed.
Conduct research on the Clinical and Drug Safety practices followed in industry and will
perform library and Internet research, and discussions with technical specialists for
Identify various PV related websites, links and journals to supplement student learnings
and address to technical / scientific / Subject related queries asked by students.
Draw sketches to illustrate specified materials for module story board development or
assembly sequence on documents prepared and make it available to web developers for
phase-wise LMS course material development.
Read journals and other material from internet and books to become familiar with product
being developed and maintain the standards to meet the industry standards required for
student learning pathways.
Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
Develop scientific and subject related practical exercises to meet real time student
practices sessions for learnings and have them design case scenario projects.
Gather open source clinical publications, pub-med and technical books by observing,
receiving, and otherwise obtaining information from all relevant sources.

POST INTERNSHIP / CONSULTING OPPORTUNITY :
Successful Intern will be provided an opportunity for Interviews to work as consultant for TW roles
at client sites as consultant and as full-time employee with Qtech.
Bachelors degree, in Medicine, Public Health (or) Pharmaceutical Sciences.
