 Qtech Employee core competencies are a list of skills and behaviors that are specific and well defined and are used to lay out a Qtech performance expectations for a job or the organization’s culture as a whole.

Qtech Employees changes behavioral style or method of approach when necessary to achieve a goal and responds to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives. Proactive and Decision making capabilities
Qtech employees are highly proactive and empowered with different skills and authorities. They are promoted to make on sport decisions when required. Our employees make decisions while exhibiting judgment and a realistic understanding of issues. We encourage our employees to learn from their experiences and make corrective actions in future.

Project Management
In Qtech, Project management is considered to be more of a process, which consists of a series of steps needed to achieve a specific outcome. Not all projects are the same, but they all have a basic life cycle consisting of at least four steps. Below are the four basic project management steps covered in Qtech for all projects:
Initiation – receive the new project, determine what needs to be accomplished, and formally launch the project.
Control – technical work is done during this step; project status reports are generated.
Closing – includes all last-minute checks to ensure that everything is in order and that all project requirements have been satisfied.
